The total amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is 0.03%. The climate alarmists say that's bad because it went up from 0.01% .. even though that's within the margin of error considering they're using random pieces of ice and measurements from a time we had garbage measuring tools. But plant growth has accelerated, and plants have probably balanced out the relatively piddly amount we've released by burning hydrocarbons.
