I think trump coin is more significant that another nihilistic meme coin. It is a way for political movements to fund themselves, similar to war bonds or kings of old issuing gold coins. I think the rebels in Myanmar did something similar and launched their own coin. This allows everyone who supports the movement to allocate their time and effort towards the movement and to take their time and effort out of the existing fiat system that can be skimmed by the incumbent government. I think it is something we will see a lot more of. These movements will want Bitcoin to be a store of value, but not a medium of exchange.
