From your first reply about the "balanced diet", I will admit it, I got triggered 😅 I'm so fed up with hearing that from all "informed" people around me, that I have become allergic to that very expression.

Instead it looks like you pretty much are on a paleo diet, which is also good, I did start seeing my first life-changing results with that.

So to make the long story short, nuts and greens are okay in that they will not straight out intoxicate you, but the story about you needing fibers is a myth: human intestines are unable to digest fibers, they will microscopically scratch your intestines' walls, causing the usual issues some particularly sensitive people have. Some other vegetable proteins, which are not broken down in the intestines, will be absorbed in the blood flow whole, instead of as a soup of aminoacids, and some such proteins mimic those naturally found in the human body, to a point where the immune system will still identify them as alien, and produce antibodies, but at the same time those antibodies will also target the body's proteins that these vegetable molecule resemble, since they are similar in the first place, triggering a self-immune response.
Ugly shit man, but luckily for you this mainly happens with soy and cereals, which I reckon you do not consume.

And about the vitamins you get from vegetables, well those are so few and far apart, and at the same time mixed in with the antinutrients that every plant contains and that contrast the ability of your body to extract proper nutrients, that the amount of those vitamins you actually take up is negligible, if any. On the other side, cows eat a lot of healthy vegetables which they can process with their stomachs, and their meat has those vitamins in a ready to be absorbed form, in the amount that you need. Same goes with eggs.
You might want to supplement vitamin C anyway, in order to account for the environmental risks of pollutants, both chemicals and electromagnetic.

So I do not think there is something specifically wrong with your diet, mine is just superior 🤣
