I think that's why it's interesting and important to challenge the way we report on and think about barriers in services.
I sometimes see service designers map out user journeys and occasionally you'll see an axis which is like "delightedness" or "happiness" which I roll my eyes at to an extent.
But I think that sort of approach where it's instead mapped to energy "how much energy does this take" would be much more interesting, because if you exceed someone's energy levels now this theoretically accessible service is inaccessible
