Something that I haven't seen anyone pick up on in the Apple/DOJ case: DOJ has (wisely, I think), asked for relief "in the alternative" for Apple's *attempted* monopolisation of both performance (premium) smartphones and more broadly smartphones. Why is this important? 1/3
