I’m @`Roy-Allan Burch`, a 2x #Olympian who proudly represented #Bermuda at the #Beijing2008 & #London2012 #Olympics.



Throughout my career as a national record-holding #swimmer, I’ve learned the true meaning of perseverance, discipline, and mental resilience.



My journey as an #athlete hasn’t been without its trials though. In March of 2015, I suffered from a double patella tendon rupture, which sidetracked my #swimming career.



That experience taught me the power of determination and the importance of having a strong mindset regardless of what happens. I slowly rebuilt myself step-by-step and day-by-day, eventually achieving a #FINA Olympic “B” cut just one year later.




Four years ago, I discovered #Bitcoin, and I was struck by how much it parallels the principles of #Olympic training. Much like swimming at the highest level, #HODL -ing #BTC requires long-term vision, the ability to endure challenges, and a commitment to mastering the fundamentals. Both demand a mindset that focuses on steady improvement and keeping the faith throughout life’s volatility..



Now, as a #husband, a #father, as well as a #MentalHealth and performance #coach, I’m passionate about sharing my story, hopefully inspiring others to develop their own mental strength in the process—whether in #sports, personal growth, or navigating the emerging world of Bitcoin.
