Although it had started to be overgrown I can tell it’s been well tended until recently. The soil is good, there’s lots of established fruit. The raspberries are all where the previous owner left them, they were just more hidden.

I’ve not altered much of anything yet. I’ve tidied it up and mulched it and hopefully soon the lugging stuff up to the plot days will be over.

I’ve been lucky this December has been very mild, even for us.
