Rub them with various tribo-electric materials, nylon, latex, vinyl etc.
Flash memory works by essentially placing some electrons on an insulated island of material through quantum tunneling and then "trapping" them there. However, there is some probability that they can tunnel off, and the stored charge does leak out over time... but this can be mitigated by occasionally rubbing your flash memory on your cat.
