I used to have all sorts of weird fucking ailments, chief amongst them were migraines, literal blinding ones and every other week or so. I had to make some dietary changes by necessity and stopped skipping meals (unless fasting) and I haven't had a migraine or acid reflux since.
Did you get a decent breakfast in at least?
