In theory the network would route around censorship
I don’t know where you got this theory but it’s impossible in a client-server model, doesn’t matter how much benevolent of a dictator you have.
Peer to peer is the only real solution to it, everything else it’s a bandaid solution.
It’s only possible in theory where the client-server model doesn’t behave like a client-server model and a p2p model instead which can be only achieved when everyone has their own instance.
