So I might be having fewer truly BAD days? Like maybe the meds and the therapy are actually helping?

Or maybe I'm fooling myself.

This is all so difficult to assess due to the nature of what it is to begin with.

I need to have fewer bad days, so I can begin to feel hope. Without hope there's no possibility of healing.
