i have a normal and healthy relationship with the concept of food
stressed about cooking, stressed about ordering out, stressed about eating, stressed about not eating. I haven’t eaten in 24h and I do have food at home but I don’t have any of the energy needed to clean so I can cook because I have not eaten in 24 hours
I could spend $15 on pizza and pasta and maybe then everything would be okay but I will only feel financial guilt, to the same extent that I would if I posted my ko-fi, because I do not fundamentally deserve to take from people to fuel unhealthy eating habits
very quickly realizing I am falling down the spiral of “I do not deserve to eat” which is one of the worst possible spots I could be in and I have no idea how to stop myself or how to consistently eat or how to be safe when I do so
