2024 was a year of healing. I went #carnivore, and after 8 years of depression, I finally found relief. I experienced less anxiety, reduced inflammation, increased clarity and energy, no more bloating, and fewer episodes of microscopic colitis. Things I never thought would heal began to heal.

I started my podcast, got back on #nostr, and connected with some amazing people in the carnivore community. I was a guest on two podcasts and embraced the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I spent more quality time with my kids and realized the importance of taking breaks to savor the moment and create new memories.

For 2025, my word of the year is “Growth.” I plan to keep learning and growing as a person, expand my podcast by sharing my journey and inviting guests, and continue making new memories. Cheers to 2025!
