I make the paper myself, molding it from free scrap paper. I use a universal A4 press to make the paper, then after drawing it I scan it on the printer i made myself with my own free OS flashed to the printer/scanners motherboard, then I take the file into GIMP and apply the creative commons license to it in the metadata notes section, i then post the png as a torrent, seeding it with an free torrent client.
