I’ve been learning about the fourth state of water through Dr Gerald Pollack’s research of exclusion zone and gel state water, and using chia seed water for hydration and minerals. And then adding Dolf Zantinge’s research with “coherent” water and Dr Dana Cohen’s book and now am kind of obsessed.
I can’t say for sure how much it has changed my own health yet, but it certainly has had a huge and very visible impact on my house plants. They are so happy.
