Hi Proton (npub18q5…rs6f) Proton Mail (npub1mea…qane) , thank you for your work to bring more privacy to our digital lives, exp for us non-tech ppl!
I have some questions re your new Proton Wallet:
1. Is every wallet by default associated with an email address?
2. What exactly do you mean by ‘digital assets’?: “Our long-term vision is for Proton Wallet to be a digital wallet that gives you full control of your digital assets.”
3. What do you mean by the following, are you considering including shitcoins and/or ordinals/BTC-20s etc in the future? “While the type of assets that you can hold in Proton Wallet may evolve over time..”
4. Do you have access to the wallet xpub?
5. Why is an email required to get a Proton Wallet? I understand the potential value of sending sats via email, but why can that not be an opt-in feature?
