That's because some clients don't display it yet and same with some Lightning wallets. For example, I'm using Iris. I can see a lightning icon in each post and I can send sats using that - but it's not the "zap" people are talking about. The full implementation will actually record the number of zaps received for each post. It will take a while for clients/wallets to catch up with this new feature.
