A news organization is an incredibly complex, expensive, nearly impossible construct. But so is Amazon. I can’t believe someone can’t come up with a better model for delivering quality news that is self sustaining. How is this not a priority? Millions would pour their own money into it if it were done properly.
If we turn our backs on NYT, WAPA, and LAT, they will just crumble and die and we’ll have nothing.
What is the answer here? This seems critical to me.
