Just cooking in it all the time. Cooking fatty stuff helps. And gasp I'll even wash it with soap on occasion 😵😵. A gentle scrub to get the stuck on food off in the beginning and then dry on the stove and a rub down with oil. Using plenty of fat and a high heat to sear things then lower temps to finish cooking seemed to help me when it was sticky. It took a while to get to this point, just keep on keeping on with it.
