It's too heavy for that. It used to have 17 chickens in it, but now there are only 6. I don't know how big that is, but imagine 17 chickens crammed into a coop. Plus one end is enclosed with tin siding. I would make your neighbor carry that end. Probably where most of the poop is, too.
