I used it as such and was so underpowered that I ended up going back to my desktop. Opening a browser or 2 with 6 or 7 tabs each, Dolphin, Ferdium and Terminal was enough to make it slow to a crawl. Browsers eat up Ram for breakfast lunch and dinner. Try rendering a 20 minute 1080p 60fps video will take an hour or more. Technically it's possible but tempering one's expectations would help.
