Hmmm.... I'm not sure there's such a thing on Android. I use SwiftKey, which is probably the most feature-rich keyboard available for Android, and it doesn't provide the ability to do text replacement like you describe. I'll have to dig deeper to see if there's some keyboard that has that feature.
