There are long screeds, written online, in books, etc., that talk about journalism and the law, and the level of protections, privacy, etc. that are appropriate for, say, a major public figure, vs. a random individual.
It's really useful information to refer to, if you're writing policies for a #socialmedia company. (I should know. I have.)
Somehow, #bluesky hasn't.
It's entirely reasonable to ask why they aren't protecting a legitimately newsworthy act of public satire and dissent.
