6/ Mélanie Joly, minister of foreign affairs. Now here's one that has a shot. Well respected internationally, a star in the party, and super connected in Quebec. Oxford education, experience and a command presence. She could however be a better speaker and the charisma is a little elitist at times. If not the leader she would definitely be a dream Quebec lieutenant.
