Just checking in to tell everyone I'm ok. My radio silence isn't because of what's been going on online. I threw my back out yesterday and can barely even sit up. Walking and standing are barely possible right now. I'm in quite a bit of pain.
There's nothing I can do except rest so that's what I'm doing.
