Today’s Lunch: Wara Aynab(grapes leaves)
Ingredients: 1
Grapes leaves
2 cups of rice (washed & soak in hot water for 15 minutes) then add
1/4 kg minced meat
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 pcs of medium size onion(sliced in small cubes)
1 tbsp ghee
1 pc maggie cube
Ingredients 2:
1 pc chicken (cut into four pcs)
5 pcs of crushed ripe tomato(optional)
2 pcs onion
2 pcs lemon grass
Steps:
1) Mix all together ingredients
2) Place the lemon grass first
3) Place the chicken
4) Start the wrapping using the and place the wrapped rice into the pan on top of the chicken.
5) Once done add hot water to the pan and let it over boil for half a minute and reduce the heat to low 🔥 for 45 minutes & medium heat to 30 minutes and serve
