I have been working this part time job this summer at an orchard market barn to make a few extra nickels. Family owned and such. The lack of organization with staffing is beginning to drive me bananas. They have no manager and when folks don't show or there is a gap in the schedule they act as if it's up to their hourly employees to stick around or "figure it out..what gives with this lack of consideration?? I'm a one car family so we gotta stick to schedules .
