When my dad was in hospital with end-stage brain cancer, I had told him, and the rest of the family, that if cannabis would help, I would get it for him (this was before legalization). Didn't care if it ended my teaching career (drug charges are a big no-no). When someone you love is suffering, you do what you have to do.
