Using PayPal as a bank? I heartily recommend going in to the credit union nearest your house, work, dog park, or wherever else you often find yourself, and tell them you want someone to store your money for you. They’ll get you set up with everything you need. You’ll be a part owner in the credit union, usually with voting rights and everything. It’s yours! It works for you! It's not there to try to screw you over with fees and scams!
But please don't use PayPal.
