In trying to debug this power supply in an old thing (the human test from 2 weeks ago)
It takes 100VAC in has two DC outputs - one goes to the CPU board and measures 5VDC. One goes through a second transformer to the LCD panel (old school black and white LCD) and measures like 500mV. I’m guessing this one is dead. This rail goes straight to the actual panel, not through any chips. Panel has no free data sheets on Google. Any idea what the voltage should be?
