Tonight's dinner was a dish I'm going to call "Chicken with an assload of quinoa and jarlic".
1. Put frozen chicken breast in a baking dish
2. Pour in an amount of chicken stock and too much quinoa
3. Add an unholy amount of jarred minced garlic, along with random spices.
4. Bake at 375F for 🤷♀️ time.
5. Serve in a bowl with sliced olives and Kraft Parmesan cheese.
It was too much garlic, and too much quinoa. With the amount of leftovers, there won't be vampires here for at least a fortnight.
