I received a tesla p4 for testing recently, and the fan I ordered to cool it finally arrived, however unfortunately my secondary server doesn't seem to want to boot with it ("system initializing" is the bmc telling you the mobo is still in early POST phase)

I wish more machines gave debug output during early POST, although I wonder if there's any serial port on this mobo that's showing it because you usually need the CPU serial/UART for that
