Today is a super annoying day of catching up on grading, meetings, and maybe that damn referee response, but yay I'm working from home.
Today's side project: trying to make less crumbly bread (all the bread I can buy here really sucks, so I make it myself, and it's slightly better).
I tried making a Tangzhong base for my bread for the first time while getting kids ready for school this morning, it rose beautifully during my last meeting, now baking. I'm excited to see how it turns out.
