I see what you mean. Just a nostr client that does meetup.com-like features. Sounds like a good use case.
Sovereign Stack helps you create websites and expose RSS feeds. I do plan to integrate something like
https://github.com/piraces/rsslay which pushes RSS events into Nostr. This could be useful when directing meetup client users to the event details.
