My situation is not as bad as these mothers, but I understood a lot of what they said. One of the crueler things about remaining close to a trans-identified family member is when you see the person they were coming back, only to have that glimpse of hope snatched away when they meet with gender cultist friends or lie about their mysterious doctor's appointments.
