"content": "Unfortunately my sleeper berth has been downgraded to a couchette - technical problems with sleeper carriage. This is a common problem for ES, I hope they can find a way to buy modern carriages soon, they deserve to succeed. nostr:npub10ra3mdgp4wsr0cfyml8hgmptp0w5df5zpjrlflm43myksghgsrzqmm24jw covers the challenges of this in his blog. \n\nMy first time in a couchette \u0026, in day mode, a much better experience than a cramped sleeper berth. In night mode - well, the bed is narrow \u0026 hard, \u0026 I don't always sleep well on trains, but I get a solid 7 hrs in.
