Met with the home inspector today about the (hopefully) new place. It looks like I'm going to be learning how to encapsulate a crawl space, and the rear needs a new ledger board because whoever installed that damn deck needs to be banned from Lowe's, and that is very much not something I'm comfortable attempting on my own because *it holds up the back of the house*. But all the non-cosmetic problems come down to drainage management, and I can deal with that.
