Completely get that and may well try the cheese cake idea!
I usually end up making oatcakes for mr CP everyday and thought they’d work in the place of pastry for jam tarts. The bitter marmalade works really well.
We’re still not eating UPF and I’m still baking a ridiculous amount everyday… 🙄
