I hadn't considered trilobites in particular, but this is a kind of thought I've had about extinct animals in general in the past.
Semi-relatedly: Sometimes you see videos of unlikely animal combinations interacting in mutualist or non-hostile ways. And it makes me wonder in the millions of years of prehistory if that happened much and how those creatures felt about their situation at the time.
