Browsing chicken recipes, and I'm noticing a trend of recipe inflation where the recipes have gone from 1-2 covers to, for the one I'm looking at, 8 people. And it's not like Good Housekeeping's perfect christmas day lunch or anything, it's like "what's a nice seasoning mix for chicken thighs".
Genuinely wondering if the stupid search engines have revealed a mild preference for higher numbers or something.
