the Linux Studio Plugins are nice but unfortunately, they render at a tiny scale. they're not applying GUI scaling like they're supposed to.
it's hilarious because this other plug-in i tried to use had the exact opposite issue: it applies too much GUI scaling and looks huge and covers the entire screen, so it's unusable. i hear Audacity has the same issue.
the whole desktop experience is just
and no, GNOME isn't better at it than KDE. i doubt a distro change would help either.
