The USA has no assemblies of peoples like CNT, they has no peoples court (like Solon law), they have two candidates for dictatoric like position controlled by the most corrupted people [paid by few companies, public]. This two people represent only the ruling class, the extremely wealthy few. BUT they can select who dictator will govern them [seems too British].
They do not call their system oligarchy nor plutocracy.
They - the people - hopes the dictator to solve their problems.
