So you I'm beginning to think for my daily driver aka the laptop I'd be better off with the encrypted zfs partition with a separate unencrypted swap partition and using zfsbootmenu to bring the system up.
I mean I currently use a luks, lvm setup with swap encrypted but with grub and after entering the key it is so slow to boot even on this Ryzen 7 Pro. Hence going zfsbootmenu would result in a way faster boot time.
