Doubtful, we all believe the story society lays out for us as we grow from children to adults. If hitler won, Germany would have developed school programs to teach of its victory and reasoning behind it as noble and just (the same way we did). The vast majority of people would have been raised in that world and would never question what they had been taught.
Very few people, I think, fully embrace the questioning of their reality. And fewer still want to believe that everything they’ve been told their whole life could be a lie or scam… this is why religion and political affiliation are such powerful organizations.
