It was common practice to offer a gift coffee mug valued at about $5 at the time to the work group. That gift was reported to the ethics group and approved before they could accept the mug. Too bad we could not offer a fishing trip and luxury resort stay. Alito is as corrupt as Thomas and both should resign or be impeached.
