I've never even heard of Nostr tbh. The main issue with the Fediverse is the petulant instance administrators who are throwing bitchfits and blocking nodes for juvenile reason. Then, users on those instances are stuck having to decide which instance they actually want to participant in, and actually moving off of them is a huge pain in the ass.
For this reason alone, BlueSky seems promising because they are planning to address the issue as a primary concern. I was really reluctant to admit Jack could have a point, considering he looks like a demonic homeless man, but I'm interested in seeing how it ocmpares.
