I run two (very old now) 34” LG monitors and a third slightly larger curved LG monitor (38”). For some reason I prefer more monitors, not necessarily larger ones. I also don't mind the lower resolution and may even prefer it. I don’t do too much gaming or movie watching so I find it perfectly acceptable. So I guess I'm trying to say I have no idea what you *should* go with, only that maybe less is more. (I don't do video editing though).
