I found this handy script. It migrates apt keys from trusted.gpg to separate key files under trusted.gpg.d, and adds appropriate [signed by] entries to sources in sources.list.d.
It didn't update all of my sources. It doesn't remove keys from trusted.gpg, but it seems useful to me and should be included in Debian.

Where's a GUI tool to open trusted.gpg, show a list of keys in it, let me select keys, extract them to trusted.gpg.d and delete them from trusted?
