i think the wagie life makes us freak out about how it's abnormal and how we're going to feel bad at zoi, causing us to panic from waking up in the middle of the night, but i found that if i just don't care and trust the process, it's actually kind of fun, and i'll end up falling asleep soon anyway
then i can always take a nap later or go to bed sooner if any sleep was lost
