Probably hearing my voice outloud.
And seeing myself in the mirror.

When my actions catch up to me and I start seeing the negative or positive outcomes of each of the choices I've made.
(Though id rather have a negative consequences than do nothing and have nothing happen, because at least a negative outcome is some sort of feedback)
